Likewise, we inform you that you can exercise rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition in OnShore Menorca CONTRACT CLAUSES * The amount of this contract will be paid by the lessee before departure. * Reservations made will be kept up to 30 minutes before departure time. * The excursions will last approximately 2 hours, for other types of excursions or activities, the duration and price of the same will be agreed before departure. * In the event that a tenant causes any breakage in the material, element or equipment, they will be responsible for paying this company the amount necessary for its repair and replacement. * OnShore Menorca is not responsible for the loss or breakage of any object (mobile, underwater camera... etc) * The itineraries and duration of the excursions and activities agreed with our clients, may be altered at any time by the monitor, since he is ultimately responsible for making any operational decision during the excursion. * When due to meteorological, technical or other reasons the company is forced to cancel the reserved departure already paid for, it may offer the possibility of changing the date and time of the excursion depending on the availability of places in the following departures . * In case of cancellation by the client of the agreed and paid activity, in whole or in part, the company will not be obliged to return any of the amounts received. * The signatory of this contract authorizes his image and that of the rest of the people who accompany him to appear in photographs and videos corresponding to the activity contracted with this company and published on our website, blogs, social networks, as well as on recordings intended for commercial public broadcasting (TV, videos, corporate, etc.) or in magazines and publications in the nautical and tourist field. * In the event that the client does not obey the instructions made by the monitor, the company is not responsible for the consequences that may occur. * Only full refunds will be made 48 hours before.
